This workpackage provides the consortium with a powerful and flexible management framework. A coordination team consisting of the Coordinator and a Joint Secretariat (JS) will set up all relevant working infrastructures. Modern electronic communication tools and professional project management software will be used. As a permanent task within ERASysBio, the coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination of the network i.e. project management and controlling, financial management, legal and contractual issues, communication, etc.
